Shipping Method & Handling

All orders are shipped via Lithuanian Post Office (Lietuvos paštas), or FedEx for United States orders.
Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Customs & Import Fees

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These fees are not the responsibility of Taka Vintage.

If customs duties are refused or not paid by the recipient and the shipment is returned or destroyed, the order will be canceled. Any costs incurred (shipping, return, customs handling) will be deducted from the refund.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and depend on the shipping carrier. While most orders arrive within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to customs, local postal services, or other factors beyond our control.

If delivery is significantly delayed, customers must contact their local post office using the tracking number provided.

Lost Packages & Carrier Liability (IMPORTANT)

All shipments sent via Lietuvos paštas are insured up to €50 only, in accordance with the carrier’s terms.

• If a package is confirmed as lost by the carrier, the maximum refund is €50, regardless of the item’s purchase price.

• Parcels shipped to the USA are not insured and are not eligible for compensation in case of a lost parcel.

• Taka Vintage is not liable for amounts exceeding the carrier’s compensation limit.
